Joined the firm in April of 2009, after practicing for five and half years in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Career has focused on civil litigation, including representing injured workers in worker's compensation, plaintiffs in personal injury matters, and defending insurance claims. Mr. Fischesser has tried over a dozen bench trials.

• On May 4, 2010, Mr. Fischesser was interviewed for an article for the Saint Louis University Law School Alumni Magazine, "The Brief". He discussed his interaction with the law school's Career Services Department upon his return to Saint Louis in December of 2008. Specifically, he discussed how Career Services assisted him in re-connecting with the legal community in Saint Louis, which led to him securing employment. The article will appear in the Summer 2010 edition of "The Brief", which will be sent to alumni in July.

• Mr. Fischesser appeared as a guest on the national radio program Common Sense with Shea Daily on May 17, 2010. He discussed the legal aspects of disaster preparedness, drawing on his extensive experience practicing law in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
